Cardio tennis is an extremely fun, energetic and healthy way to learn tennis, with fast-beat music playing throughout the session. For adults who play or have never played, Cardio tennis is a program designed to be a fitness workout whilst learning the game of tennis. Sessions involve groundstroke drills, competitive point play, and improving overall fitness.
